The new Le Gun, obv

I'm making a magazine (ok, zine) every month from now on until the day I die*. It is, at this stage, a collaborative effort: 20 pages, 21 people (cover too) all in my illustration/graphics class. Fund raising for the degree show. Called Embryo because we are all ickle first years, watch us grow over the course of the magazine's life. Class.

Here's issue one. Theme: erm, embryos.

Oh wait, here's mine first. Look out for it below, see how craptastic the copy quality was. Next time: black line drawing only.

Moth

I have a couple more bits and pieces to post. Sadly my tutor's mother died right in the middle of the class last week, so of course the rest of the classes this term are cancelled. I think they will give us a couple of sessions next term to make up for it- everyone was leaving all the glazing til the last week so we've all got hundreds of half finished things lying around. So maybe I'll have a couple more bits to post in the distant future.

Return

My computer is back, fixed, fingers crossed. In the meantime I have almost completely stopped working at all. Ah, exhaustion. My old friend.

Anyway there are still a few bits and pieces from the last while but I imagine I'll run out in the not too distant future. You never know though, maybe I'll start doing some work again. Bright side!

Leave of absence

My computer suffered a terrible death. It is in the shop getting a new brain and new electrics. Meanwhile I will attempt to do a lot of work to put up when it returns. And hey, if you're buying a new computer, don't get a macbook.
